I love this series to pieces <3! I read it a while back, and suddenly felt the compulsion to re-read it.
I absolutely adore the things that you're touching on here - like Shinichi's relationship with the Shounen Tantei (I agree that he definitely sees them as real friends - regardless of the age difference), and other people's views on Conan's eccentricities (like Nakimori and Hakuba's)!
Can't wait to see the up coming chapters whenever you have time to read and/or write them!
