It's funny how things turn out, come around, and in general just work to your advantage, even when you're not trying. A few months back, Koorii and I were playing around in chat, throwing out suggestive lines for Kaito and Shinichi, mostly to do with dancing in a club. As most people know, I went back and complied and added to it, making the infamous Plunnie
Club Night.
Then of course, darling Koorii went and did a lemony sequel,
The Real Party, which was absolutely delicious and oh so loved♥. Not too long after, I did a follow up Plunnie,
The Real Party, Other Side, just for the lols. And that seemed to be the end of that, at least for now.
The one day, the lovely Sera asks what I'd like to see in a KaiShin lemon fic, as she was trying to do a meme on the subject (Go Sera! We're all rooting you on, darling~). She'd done a few for Koorii, including
To Sin, Slow and Easy, which is, as she put it, Over the Desk in Nakamori's Office (with a bunch of trigger happy Task Force Members just outside) Sex. How on earth could I compete against that?
Well, my mind works in funny ways. Or so it seems. I came up with Stripper!Shinichi. Yes indeed, and why not? Who wouldn't want to see our darling detective giving Kaito a nice lap dance? Well, Sera has expanded it a bit to have an actual
plot, again partially with my suggestions, which just makes it all kinds of fun now. Apparently, Kaito is under cover getting info on his next heist, and Shinichi is undercover for the police to get a creeper. The catch? Their targets are the same person. XD
You may ask where Stripper!Verse comes in, and why I mentioned Club Night at all. Well, it has now been (unofficially) decided that the Stripper fic is the prequel to Club Night, and all that good stuff. In fact, in that verse, Kaito and Shinichi specialize in undercover Club work, for all the date rapers, underage partiers, and drug abusers. w00t?
